I have been enjoying in the culinary arts for over 20 years, creating wonderful and delicious foods from all over the world. I love expereinces such as cooking in the beautiful mountains of North Lake Tahoe, to using amazing spices from Spain, and even climbing coconut trees in Maui to make my own fresh coconut milk. Cooking all-natural healthy foods is my passion and a lot of fun for me. Sharing my talents and love for food with others is so very rewarding.
