Donna believes that good food is key to a happy, healthy and vibrant life. Food has the power to heal or harm, and you should never have to choose between your health or palate. After a 30-year career in the healing arts, she studied classic culinary at Le Cordon Bleu and Holistic Nutrition at Bauman College. Her goal is to promote and share her love of exquisitely prepared, fresh, organic healthy foods. She has five years of diverse experience in restaurants and catering, including Three Stone Hearth’s nutrient-dense production kitchen.
