I have been cooking since the early age of 6 in my gramma’s kitchen in Mexico City. Later on in life I was classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco and although I have been in restaurants and catering companies for about 8 years now, my heart lies in Oaxaca where most of my inspiration comes from.
Cooking Specialties: American, Italian, Mexican, Vegetarian / Vegan, OtherI love sauces. From Mexican salsas to Demi glacé .. flavorful liquids are my thing.
