For years cooking has been my hobby and passion. I have been cooking for family and friends on holidays and community events, for over 25 years, and recently for your families as well. I grew up on a Mediterranean cuisine, and I am used to cooking Mediterranean, Moroccan and Italian food, which is based on lots of vegetables and herbs. But loves to explore and incorporate new techniques, cultures and cuisines. Many times the results are surprising and incredibly tasty. One of the most important things in cooking for me, is the order and cleanliness and aesthetics of the food, and of course it will be delicious and adapted to the habits and tastes of each family.
