Submit all your modifications when placing an order so the cook can plan for it. Some modifications might require price adjustment. We accept modifications up to 24 hours before everyday meal cooking and up to 48 hours before holiday cooking. Modifications can be to quantities, ingredients, cooking methods etc. Communicating with the cook ahead of time will increase the success of the meal preparation.
Make sure you specify in the order and to the cook any allergies or dietary needs they need to be aware of ahead of time.
While you don’t need to be at home during the meal preparation, however, children must be supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times.
Pets safety – please have your pet located in a safe place while the cook is in the kitchen and walking in and out of the house.
Respond quickly to cook’s questions, it will help the cook get ready and prepare the right meal for you.
Make sure to be on time with all groceries available and ready to go and proper kitchen hygiene in practice.
