Baked Chicken Nuggets

- 2 pound ground chicken 98% fat free
- 5 ounce pretzel crumbs for 10 servings 1 x crunchy pretzel crumbs shake'n bake box or buy pretsels and crush them in the food processor
- 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 egg beaten
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven for 400 degrees F
- In a large bowl mix well egg, ground chicken, and taco seasoning.
- Pour Shake'n Bake in a shallow bowl or plate.
- Form round nuggets 2-2.5 inches patties from the mix with your hands, flatten them a bit, coat it with the Shake'n Bake. Place the coated nuggets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip over halfway.
Reheating/Serving Instructions
Reheat in 350 degree oven for 7 minutes
