Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all the ingredients, except for the chicken in a large bowl. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a large baking dish, arranging the red onion and garlic around it, and placing the orange slices on top of the chicken pieces.
- Cover with foil and bake for one hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
