Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Season each side of chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper; place on a lined baking sheet and bake form 20 minutes or until cooked through and temp reaches 165 degrees. Let chicken rest for 10 minutes before dicing
- In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, yogurt, diijon, diced onion and fresh herbs
- Dice chicken breast into 1/2 “ cubes
- Gently fold the chicken into the mix adding any additional add-ins at this time as well. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired
