  • In a blender, mix coconut water, turmeric root, and ginger. After it’s blended well, strain the liquid and pour into a jar. Add the lemon juice, salt, and honey, and mix well
  • Note: Take a shot of the mixture every morning with food to maximize absorption.

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
