  • Add everything through the vegetable stock to a slow cooker. Set on high for 4 hours, low for 7 hours. Just before serving, add kale, lemon and salt and pepper. Stir. ENJOY!

  • 8 carrot diced
  • 8 stalk celery diced
  • 4 sweet potato small, rough diced
  • 3 cup dry lentil rinsed and drained
  • 30 ounce canned garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
  • 4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 teaspoon coriander
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 16 cup vegetable stock
  • 2 bunch kale rib stems removed
  • 2 lemon juiced
  • 3 teaspoon Kosher salt more or less to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
