Cutting board, Garlic press, Grater, Kitchen towels, Measuring cups and spoons, Mixing bowls, Mixing spoon, Sharp Knives, Skillet, Top Stove

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 shallot minced
  • 3 clove garlic large, put through a press or minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 3 pound 93% lean ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt more or less to taste
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce

Optional:

  • 4 tablespoon lemon grass tender parts only, minced

Instructions

  • Mix together all the ingredients. Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the turkey mixture. Cook slowly so the turkey releases its juices and no longer sticks to the pan, about 15 minutes. Mix frequently, breaking up the turkey into small pieces.
Reheating Instructions
Heat in a sauté pan over medium heat or in the microwave until heated through.
