Ingredients
2teaspoonavocado oil
2teaspoonsesame oil
3shallotminced
3clovegarliclarge, put through a press or minced
1tablespoonfresh gingergrated
3pound93% lean ground turkey
1teaspoonKosher saltmore or less to taste
¼cupsoy sauce
1tablespoonchili-garlic sauce
Optional:
4tablespoonlemon grass tender parts only, minced
Instructions
Mix together all the ingredients. Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the turkey mixture. Cook slowly so the turkey releases its juices and no longer sticks to the pan, about 15 minutes. Mix frequently, breaking up the turkey into small pieces.
Reheating Instructions
Heat in a sauté pan over medium heat or in the microwave until heated through.
