9-inch springform pan, Cooling Rack, Cutting board, Forks, Measuring cups and spoons, Oven, Peeler, Sharp Knives, Skillet, Top Stove
- 1 9-inch frozen pie crust defrosted, refrigerated
- 4 cup pear peeled and sliced
- ⅓ cup dried cranberries
- ⅓ cup apple juice concentrate thawed
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
Press crust onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9 in tart pan with a removable bottom and trim the edges. Generously prick the bottom with a fork and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the pears, cranberries, apple juice concentrate, and apple pie spice over medium heat until the pears are tender. Pour into the crust. Bake at 375F until the crust is golden brown, 30-35 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
