Ingredients

  • 32 ounce frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Steam frozen cauliflower in microwave until hot. Drain thoroughly. Place cauliflower and remaining ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.
Reheating Instructions
Heat in the microwave on medium high power until heated through.
