- 3 1/3 cup 5% Greek yogurt
- 3 1/3 cup raspberries
- 3 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 10 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 25 teaspoon peanut butter
Instructions for individual cups
Add the oats with the protein powder and mix together.
Fill to the top with water
Mix in the greek yogurt
Add berries and nut butter
Refrigerate overnight
