Ingredients

  • 3 1/3 cup 5% Greek yogurt
  • 3 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 3 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 10 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 25 teaspoon peanut butter

Instructions

Instructions for individual cups

  • Add the oats with the protein powder and mix together.
  • Fill to the top with water
  • Mix in the greek yogurt
  • Add berries and nut butter
  • Refrigerate overnight
