-3 hours minimum. You can purchase additional hours at the rate of $85 per hour
-Custom menu: Created by you and your Chef
-Shopping and Equipment list: will be provided at least 2 days prior to appointment. If you selected the extra fee for the chef to do the grocery shopping, you can edit your shopping list by checking off the items you already have, then send to your chef. 
-Ask for your Chef's specialties!
