Ingredients
For refried bean mixture:
32ouncecanned refried beansabout 2 cans
3tablespoontaco seasoning
1teaspoonKosher salt
For sour cream mixture:
8ouncecream cheesesoftened
1poundsour cream
3tablespoontaco seasoning
For remaining layers:
2 ½cupPico de gallo or your favorite salsa
16ounceguacamole
1cupmild cheddarshredded
2ouncecanned sliced black olives
3stalkgreen onionthinly sliced
For serving:
1poundtortilla chiplarge bag, choose your favorite
Instructions
In a bowl, blend refried beans with taco seasoning, and salt.
In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
In a glass 9x13 inch dish, begin layering ingredients in this order:
refried bean mixture, sour cream mixture, guacamole, Pico de gallo, shredded cheddar, olives, and green onions. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Reheating Instructions
Store dip in refrigerator tightly covered until ready to serve.
