Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt

Cooking Tools Required

Kitchen towels, Measuring cups and spoons, Mixing bowls, Mixing spoon, Whisk

Ingredients

  • 60 ounce 2% Greek yogurt
  • 10 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 10 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice
  • 5 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:

  • teaspoon almond extract 1/2 teaspoon per serving
  • 10 teaspoon dark chocolate chips 1 teaspoon per serving

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except for the topping, until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Top (or stir in) with chocolate chips and almond extract if desired. Enjoy!
