Ingredients

cauliflower

canned full-fat coconut milk

maple syrup
for keto, use keto maple

fresh dill
chopped

Kosher salt

ground turmeric
Instructions
Bring water to a boil in a large steamer
Chop cauliflower into bite size pieces and place in steamer
Combine remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and heat to a simmer.
Once cauliflower is semi soft, serve on plate and pour over warm sauce.
Reheating Instructions
Serve warm. Reheat in microwave.
