Ingredients

  • 32 ounce sunflower seed butter for 10 servings use 2x 16 oz jars
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 3 tablespoon fresh dill

Instructions

  • Dilute sunflower seed butter and mustard in water
  • In sauce pan, saute onion, salt, and coriander in oil for 5 minutes
  • Add Sunflower butter and mustard mixture
  • Simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool down and add dill
