- 32 ounce sunflower seed butter for 10 servings use 2x 16 oz jars
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 3 tablespoon fresh dill
Dilute sunflower seed butter and mustard in water
In sauce pan, saute onion, salt, and coriander in oil for 5 minutes
Add Sunflower butter and mustard mixture
Simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool down and add dill
Reheating Instructions reheat in saucepan
