Cutting board, Grill, Grill Pan, Kitchen towels, Measuring cups and spoons, Mixing bowls, Mixing spoon, Sharp Knives, Spatula, Top Stove

Ingredients

  • 3 pound ground bison
  • 3 teaspoon Kosher salt more or less to taste
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 clove garlic minced
  • ½ cup onion minced
  • 3 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Lea&Perrins for GF

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients. Form mixture into patties (amount of servings requested), each about 4.5 ounces, which roughly translates to a patty that is 3 ½ inches wide by 3/8 inch thick. Prep a cooktop grill pan or outdoor grill to medium high. Cook patties for about 4 minutes per side for medium.
Reheating Instructions
Heat in a sauté pan over medium heat or in the microwave until heated through.
