3poundground bison
3teaspoonKosher saltmore or less to taste
1teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
3clovegarlicminced
½cuponionminced
3tablespoonfresh parsleychopped
3tablespoonWorcestershire sauceLea&Perrins for GF
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients. Form mixture into patties (amount of servings requested), each about 4.5 ounces, which roughly translates to a patty that is 3 ½ inches wide by 3/8 inch thick. Prep a cooktop grill pan or outdoor grill to medium high. Cook patties for about 4 minutes per side for medium.
Reheating Instructions
Heat in a sauté pan over medium heat or in the microwave until heated through.
