Instructions
Cut the broccoli and wait at least 30 minutes before cooking (for best nutrition)
In a large pot fitted with a steamer insert, bring about 1 inch of water to a boil. Add salt, and the broccoli (stems first), cover and steam for 3 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached.
Reheating Instructions
Heat in the microwave on medium-high power until heated through.
