Ingredients
2tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
2poundasparagustrimmed
1teaspoonKosher salt
1/2teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1lemonzested and cut into wedges
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus. Season with salt and pepper. Saute for 3-5 minutes, until asparagus turns bright green but is still slightly crisp. Add lemon zest in last minute of cooking time. When done, squeeze with a bit of lemon juice if desired.
Reheating Instructions
Heat in saute pan over medium high heat until heated through.
