- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 2 teaspoon fresh ginger chopped
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon low sodium tamari
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper optional
- water add more as necessary, to thin
