Ingredients
Blend:
2cupcoconut waterwith no added sugar
1ouncefresh turmeric
½ouncefresh ginger
Stir in:
1lemonjuiced
1/4teaspoonsea salt
1tablespoonhoney
Instructions
In a blender, mix coconut water, turmeric root, and ginger. After it’s blended well, strain the liquid and pour into a jar. Add the lemon juice, salt, and honey, and mix well
Note: Take a shot of the mixture every morning with food to maximize absorption.
