Ingredients

  • 5 pound carrot
  • 2 ounce fresh ginger peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 lemon peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions

  • Clean carrots very well and chop into 2-inch pieces. Add the carrots, ginger, and lemon to the juicer in batches. Consume juice immediately or within 24 hours or freeze for later use.
