Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cup soy milk changed from nut milk to making it higher in potassium and it also contains protein
  • 1 1/4 cup bone broth can buy premade -avoid bone broth with added spices
  • 5 banana
  • 2 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 drizzle honey optional, to sweeten

Instructions

  • Method: Place all of the ingredients into a high speed blender and blitz until the desired consistency is reached. Pour into a glass and drizzle with extra honey or peanut butter. Enjoy.
