Crockpot, Cutting board, Measuring cups and spoons, Mixing bowls, Sharp Knives, Whisk

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon dried onion
  • 4 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 10 piece chicken thigh bone in or boneless, skin on or skin off
  • 2 tablespoon Italian parsley chopped

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together the first 5 ingredients. Rub spice mixture over chicken.
  • Pour olive oil and garlic in the bottom of slow cooker.
  • Place chicken on top and pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
