Cilantro Lime Jasmine Rice

Cutting board, Fine-Mesh Strainer, Measuring cups and spoons, Saucepan, Sharp Knives, Top Stove


  • 3 cup jasmine white rice
  • 4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced and zested
  • 2 clove garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoon Kosher salt


  • Rinse rice under cold water; drain. Combine rice and water in a large heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the garlic, salt and zest, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, keep covered, and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Stir in the cilantro and lime juice.
Reheating Instructions

Heat in microwave, covered, on high heat until warm.
