Ingredients
3cupjasmine white rice
4cupwater
3/4cupfresh cilantrochopped
1limejuiced and zested
2clovegarlicminced
2teaspoonKosher salt
Instructions
Rinse rice under cold water; drain. Combine rice and water in a large heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the garlic, salt and zest, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, keep covered, and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Stir in the cilantro and lime juice.
Reheating Instructions
Heat in microwave, covered, on high heat until warm.
