Cilantro Lime Jasmine Rice

- 3 cup jasmine white rice
- 4 cup water
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juiced and zested
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon Kosher salt
Instructions
- Rinse rice under cold water; drain. Combine rice and water in a large heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the garlic, salt and zest, cover, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, keep covered, and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Stir in the cilantro and lime juice.
Reheating/Serving Instructions
Heat in microwave, covered, on high heat until warm.
