Hi, I’m Maya Wilson. I’m a chef and cookbook author. I have enjoyed roles as corporate chef, food photographer/stylist, executive chef, food columnist, recipe developer, restaurant consultant, and I have served as a judge for the James Beard Awards. After spending 13 years of my culinary career in Alaska, I have an affinity for wild-caught, sustainable seafood and pairing it with fresh, vibrant California ingredients.
