I love cooking, I love feeding people. Having over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry, I have gathered an array of unique skills and methods of cooking to keep food delicious but also healthy and with a quality price point. One of my special skills is converting any conventional recipe to vegan, keto, kosher, etc. When cooking, I thrive on the ability to create healthy meals without sacrificing flavor or texture. My cooking style varies from "sophisticated casual" to fine dining. I explore all avenues of the culinary industry constantly from farm visits to researching the latest food technology. Equally excited about both. Cleanliness, organization and sanitation are equally important as the food we serve. "Clean as you go is the sign of a pro".
