Instructions
Place oven rack to middle position; pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Oil a 8-9 by 5 inch loaf pan then dust with flour, tapping out excess OR line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients and set aside.
In another bowl mash the bananas, then mix with the remaining wet ingredients. Add walnuts if using.
Lightly fold the banana mixture into the dry ingredients. Scrape batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake until the loaf is medium brown and a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean, about 50-55 minutes.

Instructions
Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water per packet directions. Drain, then rinse briefly under cold water. Leave to cool. Transfer into large bowl.
Drain oil from the jar of sun dried tomatoes.
Measure out oil according to ingredients, top with extra virgin olive oil if short. Reserve excess oil for another purpose.
Add remaining Dressing ingredients. Mix well.
Add spinach, chicken, tomato, and onion, to large bowl with chicken. Pour over Dressing. Toss well, sprinkle with dried herbs, toss again.
Just before serving, sprinkle with crumbled feta. Best served at room temperature.

Instructions
Place oven rack to lower-middle position and pre-heat to 350 degrees. Grease (or use cooking spray) an 8-inch square baking pan. Line with 2 pieces of parchment paper, one crossing over the other, with sides coming up beyond the pan. Grease parchment paper and set aside.
In a double boiler melt the chocolates and the butter, stirring until smooth. Whisk in the cocoa and coffee powder. Set aside to cool.
In a medium bowl whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Whisk the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then using a rubber spatula, fold in the flour.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (or with a couple tiny crumbs).
Place brownies on a wire rack to cool completely for at least 30 minutes. Using the excess parchment, pull the brownies up out of the pan and place back on the wire rack to finish cooling. Once cooled place on a cutting board.
Cut into 4 columns each way, to make 16 pieces.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally so you have thinner pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. In the last few minutes of cooking chicken, place a slice of fresh mozzarella on top.
Lightly brush the inside of the ciabatta rolls with olive oil. Place rolls with oil side down on hot grill and cook just until toasted.
Meanwhile make the pesto. Wash and dry basil thoroughly. Place basil, pine nuts, chopped garlic, and salt in the work bowl of a food processor. Process quickly to make a coarse paste. With the motor running add the olive oil, and process for another 5 seconds. Place pesto in a bowl and mix in the parmesan cheese.
Spread a generous amount of pesto on the rolls. Assemble sandwiches by placing chicken breast on bottom bun, then tomato, and lastly arugula.

Roughly chop the Graham crackers and Hershey's bar, then tear the mini marshmallows in half. These marshmallows are one of the best parts of the cookie but they will puff up and get a bit out of control if you don't halve them.
Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cornstarch in a bowl then whisk together and set aside.
Using a stand or hand mixer, beat butter and sugars in a bowl until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add in egg and vanilla and until combined. Scrape the bowl down and mix once more.
Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating on low speed until just combined.
Reserve a handful of the torn marshmallows and set aside then add the remaining marshmallows, chocolate chips, and Graham crackers to the dough and mix on low until just combined (do not over-beat).
Refrigerate dough for an hour or more.
Heat oven to 350F. Portion out roughly two tablespoon sized pieces of dough. Roll into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350° for 8 minutes then top the cookies with the reserved marshmallow and Hershey's bar pieces then return to the oven for 2-3 minutes to finish baking. IF a some cookies had a blowout because of a few too many marshmallows to you can corral them back together with a round cookie cutter or a knife.
Leave on pan to cool completely.

Notes
Measure your flour correctly! Adding too much flour to the recipe is the most common mistake. The best, and easiest way to measure flour is by using a scale. If you don't have one then fluff your flour with a spoon, sprinkle it into your measuring cup, and use a knife to level it off.
If your cookies have a marshmallow blowout use a circle-shaped cookie cutter to corral them together as soon as they come out of the oven. You could also use a spatula or knife to push the edges back in.
These cookies are going to have that CLASSIC s'mores taste if you use the Hershey's chocolate bar so it's worth it to add to your shopping list.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet they'll be soft after coming out of the oven and need time to firm up.

Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water per packet directions. Drain, then rinse briefly under cold water. Leave to cool. Transfer into large bowl.
Drain oil from the jar of sun dried tomatoes.
Measure out oil according to ingredients, top with extra virgin olive oil if short. Reserve excess oil for another purpose.

Instructions
Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the oil and chopped bacon. Cook until bacon is crisp. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons fat (half this amount for less than 5 servings).
Add onion and celery sautéing for about 8-10 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add flour and stir to incorporate. Cook for a minute, being careful not to burn the flour.
Add bottled clam juice, and reserved canned clam juice, stirring constantly so flour doesn’t get lumpy. Add dried thyme and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
Turn heat down to low, cover and cook potatoes until tender, about 20-25 minutes. Finish by adding heavy cream, clams and remaining seasonings. Prepare bread bowls, then when ready to serve, ladle soup into bowls.

Notes
If you don’t have quite enough clam juice from the canned clams (1 cup per serving) you can just use water to make up the difference.

Preheat your oven to 450°F.
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl, or in the bowl of a food processor.
Cut the butter into chunks and cut into the flour until it resembles course meal.
If using a food processor, just pulse a few times until this consistency is achieved.
Add the buttermilk and mix JUST until combined.
If it appears on the dry side, add a bit more buttermilk. It should be very wet.
Turn the dough out onto a floured board.
Gently, gently PAT (do NOT roll with a rolling pin) the dough out until it's about 1/2" thick. Fold the dough about 5 times, gently press the dough down to a 1 inch thick.
Use a round cutter to cut into rounds.
You can gently knead the scraps together and make a few more, but they will not be anywhere near as good as the first ones.
Place the biscuits on a cookie sheet- if you like soft sides, put them touching each other.
If you like"crusty" sides, put them about 1 inch apart- these will not rise as high as the biscuits put close together.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes- the biscuits will be a beautiful light golden brown on top and bottom.

Line an 8×8 in (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, letting it hang over the sides. Set aside.

Heat ½ of the olive oil in a large, high-walled skillet and add the finely diced onions and garlic. Soften for 5 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, whisked egg, milk, cooled onions/garlic, salt, oregano, allspice, nutmeg, and pepper. Gently incorporate the meat until evenly combined, but without overworking it (otherwise the meatballs will be tough instead of tender).
Roll into 1 ½-inch meatballs and place on a plate. (A small cookie scoop makes it easier to roll balls of uniform size.) Transfer to the fridge and let them chill for 15 minutes, or up to overnight. Cover if chilling overnight.
While the meatballs chill, combine the beef broth, chicken bouillon, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon, and parsley in a large measuring cup with a spout. Set aside.
Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Brown the meatballs in batches, leave plenty of room around each so that you can easily rotate them with a spoon to brown on all sides. Brown for about 1 minute per side. Remove and set aside. Add additional oil and/or decrease heat slightly as needed throughout cooking.
Melt the butter in the same skillet and use a silicone spatula to “clean” the bottom of the skillet. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously, until it begins to brown.
Add the beef broth mixture in small splashes, stirring continuously. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Place the sour cream in a medium bowl. Spoon some of the sauce into the bowl (about ¼ cup), and stir until well-combined. Stir it into the sauce over low heat until incorporated.
Add the meatballs back to the skillet along with any juices from the plate. Spoon the sauce on top. Allow them to heat through over low heat for 10-15 minutes (or until cooked through), partially covered. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

Place a rack in the center of your oven and preheat to 375 degrees F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper so that the paper overhangs two sides like handles.
In a medium bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, ginger, and salt. Pour in the melted butter and stir until it forms clumps and the dry ingredients are evenly moistened. Set aside 1/2 cup of the crumble mixture, then press the rest into an even layer in the bottom of the prepared pan.
Scatter half of the strawberries over the crust. Sprinkle the cornstarch evenly over the top, then sprinkle on the lemon juice and 1/2 tablespoon of the granulated sugar. Scatter on the remaining berries, then the remaining 1/2 tablespoon sugar. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs evenly over the top. You will have some fruit showing through.
Bake the bars for 35 to 40 minutes, until the fruit is bubbly and the crumb topping smells toasty and looks golden. Place the pan on a wire rack to cool completely (you can speed this process along in the refrigerator).
While the bars cool, prepare the glaze: In a medium bowl, briskly whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Feel free to add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Using the parchment-paper handles, lift the bars from the pan. Drizzle with glaze, slice, and serve.

Notes
-Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
-To freeze, let the bars cool completely and do not glaze. Wrap tightly in plastic before placing in the freezer. Let thaw in the refrigerator and top with glaze before serving. (Bars can be frozen already glazed if needed.)
-If you want to use frozen strawberries, let them thaw completely and pat them dry before making the recipe.

Instructions
In a large pan, warm the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook briefly, tossing regularly, until just golden.

Instructions
Arrange racks in upper and lower thirds of oven; preheat to 350°. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. In another large bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add egg, pumpkin, and maple syrup and beat on medium speed until combined, then gradually add flour mixture and beat until fully combined. Stir in oats and pecans. Cover and refrigerate until cold, about 30 minutes.
Scoop out 16 (1/4-cup) balls of dough and arrange 2" apart on prepared baking sheets. Slightly flatten with the palm of your hand. Bake until cookies are firm and lightly browned, 14 to 16 minutes. Let cool completely.
GLAZE
In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Add water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until icing is thick but pourable.
Drizzle icing over cooled cookies. Let stand until icing sets, about 15 minutes.
